Hi there and happy weekend! We’re back with the things we’re thinking about in October.
Allie
I’ve officially made the switch to cleaner deodorant. So far my favorite is the Schmidt’s Lavender Sage and when I need to switch it up I go with Native’s sensitive skin.
These parchment sheets are A GAME CHANGER! If you ever use baking sheets then you need to order yourself some right now. They’re the perfect size for a large baking sheet and because they’re folded and not rolled they stay in place. Folded in half they work perfectly for smaller cookie sheets. BTW: I have this one (½ sheet) and this one (¼ sheet) and they’re great - best pans ever.
I really want these citrus keepers from Crate and Barrel. We have so many things that we cut into and then have to awkwardly store. Onions, lemons, limes, tomatoes, and on and on.
We watched Bohemian Rhapsody a few weeks ago and I’ve been thinking about it ever since. I loved it and highly recommend it.
I made this a couple weeks ago and it was so delicious, kept well, and was hearty. The real MVP was the dressing - I want to put it on everything.
I keep thinking about this recipe to scratch my “cheese” itch and this to scratch my rice krispie treat itch.

I keep wanting to get this book. Recently Allie and I have been talking about wanting to build a cabin and this book looks like it would be full of inspiration.
I can’t have a list of things I am interested in without mentioning a tool. About a year ago, I got these pliers and I haven’t stopped using them. They have a permanent spot in my grab-and-go tool box - that’s the tool box I have easy access to for any small job.
I recently got this wok. Its from a cool new company called “Made In” which is making quite an impact in the culinary world. I love the flat bottom as it can be used over a western stove and I love that it is carbon steel so it can be a workhorse.
With fall and winter coming, I am thinking about warm, cozy clothes and I am looking forward to wearing this shirt.
