2017 ORC: Week 5 and an Update

Hi friends, I know it’s been a little while since I’ve been around – life got unexpectedly chaotic for a bit. But, I’m back this week and have some One Room Challenge updates for you. Spoiler alert: the ORC is getting put on hold. I’m really bummed about it, but it’s the right choice for a number of reasons.

2017 One Room Challenge: Week 1

Hi there! Happy Thursday, friends. I’m so excited about today’s post because I’ve decided to participate in the One Room Challenge (!!!) as a guest blogger. If you’re not familiar with the One Room Challenge it’s a 6-week event where 20 or so bloggers choose a room and completely renovate it. Changes run the gamut from just decor updates to gut renovations. Every week they post updates of their progress and at the end of the 6-weeks there are all these beautiful, inspiring rooms to marvel at. And the best part is that anyone with a blog can participate as a guest – so that’s what I’m doing! Guest participants share weekly updates every Thursday, so this is the first in a series of 6 installments!
