Even though we took this hike a while ago, the shots are worth sharing. And, hopefully can inspire anyone lucky enough to be living in or visiting San Francisco to make the short drive across the bridge and take one for me yourself.

San Francisco See and Do: Wayfare Tavern
A while ago we celebrated our 3rd anniversary and I never got around to posting about it. Because we got married on a Friday, our first two anniversaries fell over weekends, which was fun because we could make more of a big deal about it. But, this year it was on a Tuesday. Which we were both a little bummed about. We thought about celebrating the weekend before or after but instead decided to go traditional and celebrate on the day of.

A few weeks ago when my in-laws were here we all took a trip to SFMOMA, the much-talked about modern art museum in San Francisco. It re-opened in May after being closed for renovations for the last three years. And it seriously lived up to the talk. The redesign is pretty amazing and so are the exhibits. Oh, and don’t even get me started on the gift shop. Honestly, the very best I’ve seen.

San Francisco See and Do: Downtown Deco Walking Tour
A few weeks ago Xan and I felt like getting out in the city and trying something new. For a while we had been talking about trying one of the City Guides walking tours. They are free, guided tours around different areas of the city each with a specific theme. We’d heard great things about them and thought it might be a good way to learn a bit about the history of San Francisco and try something we’d never done.
