Okay, I don’t have any fresh and beautiful pictures of our new house just yet because there are still a lot of settling-in things to be done before it’s photo ready. In the meantime, I thought I’d share an old apartment tour. This is from several years ago before I even had the blog or a decent camera, so please excuse the grainy pictures. But, this apartment was so much fun. Yes, it was small and yes, at times that was a little tough, but overall it was the perfect first apartment. It had beautiful bones and lines, tons of natural light, 1920s charm, and a gorgeous surrounding. And honestly, since we didn’t bring any furniture with us when we moved to San Francisco it was a little less daunting to furnish because of the size. Plus, having such strong limitations can force you to design better than you would’ve if you had none at all.
Even though the pictures aren’t great, I thought it would be fun to share in case anyone else is trying to make it all work in a small apartment. I’ll probably share some tips on small living in the future because honestly I think many of them apply to all home designs, but for now I’m just sharing the eye candy.
