When you live in a walking city footwear matters a lot. But, I’ve never been one to sacrifice style for function. Up until now I’ve been running around the city in boots with a wooden sole, pointy-toed flats that’s squeeze my toes, or shoes that I know give me blisters – even after being broken in. Lately my feet have been pretty sore and I’ve decided it might be time to try and get on board with the tennis shoe trend.

If I’m going to do this I want to find something chic but practical. I don’t want to be wearing cross-trainers around with my dresses. But, I usually walk at least 4 miles a day and that takes a toll on your feet. And, I really don’t want any problems in the future because I was too vain to wear comfortable shoes. So, I’ve been on the hunt for tennis shoes that will look nice with most of my casual clothes and be comfortable when walking all over. Here’s what I found!
